Take cymbalta to help them with their Aspergers?
I am on it and it seems to help me alot... I still have the issues of the black and white literalism...
and the discussion on tone of voice.. I still have that issue.. it sounds alot of times like my wife is shouting at me
when she claims she isnt... but on other things it seems to just mellow me out and help me cope alot better...

Re: does anyone else...
Wed, January 7, 2009 - 3:24 PMNope, I have just muddled my way through the last 61 years. Emotions are the hardest to control though. Certain Music will trigger tears and memories. Depression can be hard to deal with, as can being alone at times. I just can't seem to convey my feelings, even after all these years. Meditation has improved things over the years and I can laugh at myself more than I used to be able to do. It took until I was in my mid forties before another was able to get through the barrier that I had erected around myself. I am glad that they perservered, because I am now happily married with three young children. The two Boys have inherited aspergers from me. At least they are having a better childhood than me, we know that they have it. It wasn't until our elder boy was diagnosed, that the Specialist said that I was too.
